Safety governs every decision we make. Each event begins with a written risk assessment covering terrain, weather, participant fitness, and activity intensity. Equipment is inspected before every session and briefings are mandatory for all participants. We also maintain hydration points, shaded rest zones, and emergency evacuation routes. For adventure formats we insist on helmets, harnesses, and belay systems that meet recognised safety standards, supervised by qualified personnel throughout.

Yes. Every sports or adventure event we manage includes an on-site medical plan. Depending on scale we deploy a doctor, paramedics, physiotherapists, and one or more standby ambulances with tie-ups to the nearest hospital. First-aid posts are positioned along running routes and near high-intensity zones, and our marshals carry radios to summon help instantly. For marathons we typically station medical points every two to three kilometres. We also collect participant health declarations and emergency contacts in advance so responders have the information they need.

We do. Our production team sources and installs everything from turf and matting, nets, goalposts, and boundary barricades to timing gates, scoreboards, and PA systems. Participant kits including jerseys, bibs with race numbers, water bottles, and medals are produced with your branding. For adventure events we bring certified climbing gear, harnesses, kayaks, ATVs, or obstacle-course modules through vetted partners. Everything is transported, installed, tested, and dismantled by our crew so organisers only have to focus on the participants and the sport.

Requirements vary by city and format. Ground or stadium bookings, local municipal permissions, police clearance for road closures and traffic diversion, fire NOC for temporary structures, and sound licences for the PA system are the most common. Marathons and cyclothons additionally need traffic police route approval and often municipal corporation sign-off. Our compliance desk prepares the applications, coordinates site inspections, and follows up with the authorities so approvals are secured well before event day, with copies kept on site for inspection.

Crowd management begins at the layout stage. We separate participant, spectator, VIP, and service circulation with dedicated entries, barricading, and clear signage. Capacity is calculated per zone and monitored by trained bouncers and volunteers with radios. Announcers guide movement during peak moments such as start, finish, and prize distribution. We deploy CCTV or drone monitoring for very large gatherings, keep emergency exits unobstructed, and run a control room that coordinates security, medical, and announcement teams in real time.

Yes, we strongly recommend it and can arrange group participant insurance and public liability cover through licensed partners. For adventure activities such as trekking, rappelling, water sports, or motorsports, personal-accident cover is usually essential and sometimes mandated by the venue or activity operator. We also collect signed indemnity forms and medical declarations from every participant. Our team will explain the cover, exclusions, and claim process clearly so organisers and participants know exactly where they stand before the event begins.

Yes. We provide RFID chip timing for runs and cyclothons, digital scoreboards for tournaments, and certified officials or referees for each discipline. Results can be relayed live to LED screens, announced on the PA, and published to a results portal or WhatsApp broadcast immediately after each event. Fixtures, brackets, and heat schedules are prepared in advance and displayed on-site. Post-event we hand over a complete results sheet, timing certificates, and finisher e-certificates carrying your branding.

We do. Our team builds sponsor decks, defines title, co-powered, and category partner tiers, and designs the on-ground branding inventory including start-finish arches, backdrops, bib branding, flags, standees, and hydration-point panels. We also plan sponsor activation zones and photo opportunities that give partners genuine visibility. Post-event we deliver a branding report with photographs, footfall data, and media coverage so sponsors can measure return, which makes renewals significantly easier for the organising committee.

For tournaments and corporate sports days we suggest six to eight weeks; marathons, cyclothons, and multi-day adventure events need three to four months because of route permissions and logistics. Costs depend on participant numbers, venue, safety infrastructure, and production scale. A corporate sports day for a few hundred employees typically starts around ₹3-6 lakhs, while a city marathon with chip timing, road permissions, and medical cover generally begins near ₹15-25 lakhs.
