Typically you need written police permission for the assembly, ground or maidan booking from the municipal body or landowner, traffic police approval for parking and diversions, fire NOC for temporary structures and generators, loudspeaker permission under noise-pollution rules with defined timings, and electricity or generator clearances. During elections, additional approvals through the district election office and single-window portals apply. Our compliance team compiles the applications, site plans, and structural certificates, and keeps signed copies available on ground for inspection.

Stage design starts with expected attendance, sightlines, and protocol. We build a load-certified stage with safe access ramps and steps, a clearly defined dais with seating hierarchy, a podium with sound reinforcement, and a backdrop sized for camera framing. Separate wings are provided for entry and exit so movement never crosses the audience. Ramps, railings, and anti-skid flooring are standard. Structural stability certificates from a qualified engineer are obtained for every temporary stage we erect.

We conduct a site acoustics survey and then deploy a line-array or distributed delay-tower system so speech remains intelligible at the far edges of the ground without excessive volume near the stage. Redundant mixers, microphones, amplifiers, and power feeds are installed so a single failure never silences the event. Sound levels are kept within the permitted decibel limits and the approved timings. Trained sound engineers monitor levels throughout and coordinate directly with the anchor and speakers.

Crowd safety is planned before the first structure is installed. We calculate holding capacity per sector, create wide central and radial aisles, barricade sectors to prevent surges, and keep multiple clearly signposted emergency exits open at all times. Volunteers and marshals are briefed on sector duties and equipped with radios. Medical posts, ambulances, water points, and shaded areas are provided. We build a dedicated media enclosure with an elevated camera riser facing the stage, cabled power and internet, mult-box audio feeds from the console, a press desk with accreditation checks, and a shaded seating area. Where required we also provide a separate interview backdrop and a small briefing area away from the crowd. This keeps the press comfortable and safe while ensuring clean audio and unobstructed visuals for broadcast and digital coverage.

Yes. Large-format LED screens are positioned so audiences at the rear can see the stage clearly, fed by a multi-camera setup with a live switching console. We can also provide a clean programme feed for broadcast partners and stream the proceedings to digital platforms where permitted. Screen size, pixel pitch, and viewing distance are calculated during the layout stage, and all power is backed by redundant generators to prevent any interruption during key addresses.

We work under the direction of the police and any assigned security agency. Our role is to provide the infrastructure they require: sanitised routes, frisking gates, entry passes and colour-coded accreditation, secure green rooms, dedicated VIP parking, and a controlled backstage corridor. Vehicle movement plans and timing sheets are shared with the security teams in advance, and our floor managers stay in constant radio contact with them so any change is absorbed without disrupting the programme.

During elections the Model Code of Conduct and Election Commission guidelines apply. Expenditure must be recorded, permissions routed through the designated single-window system, and timings, loudspeaker use, and materials kept within the prescribed limits. We maintain itemised documentation of every service and rate card so the organiser can file accurate expenditure statements. For a standard public meeting with stage, sound, barricading, and seating we can mobilise within seventy-two hours if the ground and permissions are in place.
